1. Returns & Refunds

No Returns or Refunds for Personal Preferences

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Disliking the product
  • Personal expectations regarding color, fabric, design, or fit

Refunds in Exceptional Cases Only

Refunds will only be considered in cases of a significant error from our side, including:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Severe manufacturing defect
  • Missing product in the package

All such requests are subject to verification through proper evidence and approval by our support team.

2. Exchange & Cash on Delivery (COD)

At this time:

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
  • We do not provide direct product exchanges.

All orders must be paid for in advance through our available payment gateways. Eligible concerns will be handled as per this policy.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To raise any claim regarding:

  • Wrong product received
  • Defective product received
  • Missing items
  • Package tampering

Customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video showing:

  1. The sealed package before opening
  2. The complete opening process
  3. The product and its condition clearly visible

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

4. Additional Policies

Color & Print Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Studio lighting
  • Photography settings
  • Mobile or computer screen resolution
  • Display brightness and color settings

Such minor variations will not be considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
